Biography
Dr. Anjali Sudhindran is a Clinical Psychologist with over 14 years of experience in the assessment and psychological treatment of adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She holds an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from NIMHANS and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Mahatma Gandhi University. Her clinical work is informed primarily by psychodynamic psychotherapy and trauma-informed principles, while thoughtfully integrating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) when clinically appropriate. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, grief, self-esteem concerns, personality-related difficulties, and life transitions. She also works extensively with couples and families, addressing communication difficulties, relational conflict, parenting concerns, and family dynamics. Dr. Anjali is committed to providing a thoughtful, confidential, and collaborative therapeutic space that fosters psychological insight, emotional resilience, and enduring change. Her practice is culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirmative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful therapeutic work emerges through a strong therapeutic alliance. She exclusively offers online psychotherapy to clients across India and internationally.
