Biography
Aysha Fidha is a Psychology professional with a postgraduate degree in Applied Psychology and a strong interest in child and adolescent mental health, neurodevelopment, psychological development, and holistic well-being. She has professional experience in counselling and psychological support and has completed clinical internships. Has completed six month professional course in Teaching Strategies for Learners with Learning Disabilities, and a certification course in Mindfulness and Stress Management Techniques. Her professional and research interests include child development, Brain - Behavior relationship, she is committed to supporting children and adolescents through early intervention, mental health promotion, and interventions that foster emotional resilience, healthy development, and overall well-being.
