Biography
Ajanya is an enthusiastic and compassionate psychology professional with a strong academic foundation and a genuine interest in understanding human behavior and emotional well-being. She completed her graduation from Don Bosco College, Sulthan Bathery, and her post-graduation from Nilgiri College of Arts and Science, Tamil Nadu. She is trained in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and has gained practical exposure through internships and clinical settings, including the Government Mental Health Centre, Kozhikode, and Louise Mount Hospital, Chennalode. She has also gained experience in child development through her internship at Times for Kids Child Development Centre, along with school-based internship experience. Her areas of interest include adolescent and adult well-being, parenting and family support, emotional well-being, stress management, relationships, and personal growth. Through her varied experiences, she has developed an understanding of working with individuals across different age groups and settings. With an empathetic and non-judgmental approach, Ajanya strives to create a safe and supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood, and respected. She believes that every individual has unique strengths and the potential to grow, adapt, and build a more fulfilling life.
